Fargo Pacific Inc. (FPI) is a duly licensed General Contractor doing business on Guam and Saipan for over twenty five (25) years. FPI specializes in Military Construction, Commercial Construction, Residential Construction, and Maintenance and Facilities Construction.

FPI has the surety relationship through Cassidy's Associated Insurers, Inc. who is the bonding agent for the Federal Insurance Company (a subsidiary of the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies).

Federal Insurance Company (FIC) is "A++" rated by A.M. Best and approved by the U.S. Treasury Department to provide bonds for the U.S. Government projects.

FIC has approved FPI for a bond program of $40 Million single bond limit. FPI's bond aggregate is set at $40 Million as well; however, it can be increased with certain underwriting criteria being favorable.

FPI maintains over 100,000 square feet of warehouse space with its main office space of over 16,000 square feet.

FPI owns many construction equipment, tools, and machines at the warehouse laydown yard.
